By using CashCaptain, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We may update these terms from time to time and will let you know when we do.

You're responsible for keeping your login information safe. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know right away. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You can use CashCaptain for your business cash tracking. Please don't use it for anything illegal or try to break into other people's accounts. Don't share your account with people outside your business.

Our pricing is shown on our website. We'll charge your payment method each month or year depending on your plan. If you want to cancel, you can do so anytime from your account settings.

The business data you put into CashCaptain belongs to you. We won't look at it except to help you when you ask or to fix problems. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

We work hard to keep CashCaptain running smoothly, but sometimes things break. We'll fix problems as fast as we can, but we can't promise the service will work perfectly all the time.
